Q: Who are you? Where are you from?

A: My name is Brandon. I was born in Texas, but spent a great majority of my childhood and young adult life in rural Southwest Wisconsin. While I currently lay my head back in Texas, I feel the gentle tug of life elsewhere. Stay tuned!

Q: What’s your background? What did you do before Modulate?

A: I’ve always gravitated toward sales. Prior to Modulate, I sold regtech solutions into the financial services industry. Prior to (and during) that, my wife and I flipped houses.

Q: Why are you joining Modulate?

A: I joined Modulate because I saw an exciting opportunity to leverage my skills in a new and impactful way.

Q: What’s your ideal work environment? Any special strategies you use to stay effective?

A: Oddly enough, as I type this from my remote home office.. I love being in the office with my colleagues. Being able to communicate live and face-to-face is something I miss.

A: Teamwork; Support; Transparency; Development; Balance; Respect; Recognition.

Q: Who are you outside of work?

A: Outside of work, I am a husband and a father. A protector and a provider. A chauffeur and a chef. I love every second of it. I enjoy playing video games. I really enjoy playing poker.

Q: What’s something you’re great at that few people realize?

A: I feel I am great at many things, but am also working on my humility. I’ll leave this unanswered and let others be the judge. 🙂

A: I own the second largest collection of air guitars in the entire world.
