Q: Who are you? Where are you from?

A: Hi! I am Erika.  I am from Massachusetts

Q: What’s your background? What did you do before Modulate?

A: I have held many roles all related to Customer/Client Success, Engagement, Support, Education and Training.

Q: Why are you joining Modulate?

A: I am joining Modulate to continue to support clients in their positive interaction with products.  I am thrilled to be part of supporting adoption of products designed to improve positive experiences.  

Q: What’s your ideal work environment? Any special strategies you use to stay effective?

A: My ideal work environment involves connecting with folks to understand the big picture need to expand client adoption and product comfort.  

Q: Tell us about something you must have in any culture you join?

A: Productive, focused and honest feedback and communication.

Q: Who are you outside of work?

A: Outside of work, I find it important to unplug with travel.  When I’m local, I enjoy being fireside or taking walks in the woods. 

Q: What’s something you’re great at that few people realize?

A: Baking!

A: I recently visited Cape Agulhas which is the most southern point of Africa where the Indian Ocean meets the Atlantic!  If you’re ever not sure how powerful the ocean is, I recommend you take a look!
